Perched high on a brow of the picturesque South Devon coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this former romantic gatehouse commands stunning views to the sea and Dartmoor on the horizon.

Having moved a little while ago to this enchanting house with the crooked chimney close to Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo on the South Devon Coast we are now sharing our adventure by offering you a unique holiday-base here in our "Bed and breakfast".
You can breath buckets of fresh sea air when you open one of the old lead-light windows overlooking the sea or the woods. The only sounds to wake you are the babbling of the birds, the vagaries of the weather or the occasional farm vehicle.
In the hub of the (wild) West Country with quick access to Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset and less than an hour's drive to Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes there are plenty of things to do if you want to stay longer.
Rates: 40 to 45 Pounds per person per night (double occupancy)

Once you got here you might want to throw your car keys plus mobile phone into one of the ponds in the bluebell woods behind our house so you can stay a bit longer…just check availability!
